Collision repair
Auto body &
insurance claims
Collision repair, panel replacement, dents and paint — with the mechanical and electrical shop in the same building. A hit that bent more than sheet metal doesn’t need a second appointment somewhere else. And we’ll deal with your insurer.

Why one building matters
A collision rarely
stops at the
bodywork.
An impact hard enough to crease a fender is usually hard enough to knock the alignment out, disturb a sensor, break a connector behind the bumper, or set off a warning light that has nothing to do with the panel that’s bent.
At a body-only shop, that’s where the job stops and the referral starts: your vehicle looks right, but you’re booking a second shop for the alignment and a third for the electrical fault nobody can pin down.
We have all of it here. Body work, mechanical repair, our alignment machine, and — unusually for a body shop — genuine electrical and SRS capability. So the vehicle leaves finished rather than mostly finished.

Insurance claims
We’ll deal with
the adjuster.
Being in a collision is bad enough without becoming the messenger between a body shop and an insurance company. Bring us the claim number and we’ll take that part off your hands: documenting the damage properly, communicating with your adjuster, and getting the repair authorized so the work can start.
If you haven’t reported it yet, that’s fine too — call us and we’ll tell you what to do first. Sometimes it’s worth knowing what the repair costs before you decide whether to involve insurance at all, and we’ll give you that number honestly either way.
One thing worth knowing: you choose the repair shop. An insurer can recommend one, and often will, but the decision about where your vehicle gets fixed is yours.
- Damage documented properly, with photographs and a written estimate
- Direct communication with your adjuster through the repair
- Supplements handled when hidden damage turns up during teardown
- Updates to you as the job moves, so you’re not phoning to find out

From the collision to the keys back
Bring it in
Or call if it isn’t drivable and we’ll talk through options. We look at the damage and write an estimate.
The claim
With your claim number we document everything for the insurer and work with the adjuster to get the repair approved.
Repair
Body work, paint, and any mechanical or electrical repair the impact caused. Hidden damage found during teardown gets submitted as a supplement, not sprung on you.
Finish and check
Alignment checked, warning lights cleared at the source, panels aligned, paint inspected. Then you get it back.
Body & claim questions
Can I choose my own repair shop?
Yes. Your insurer may recommend a shop from their preferred network, and there can be conveniences to using one — but the choice of who repairs your vehicle is yours to make. If you want us to do the work, tell your adjuster that, and we’ll handle the rest of the conversation.
Should I claim it, or pay out of pocket?
That depends on your deductible, the repair cost and what a claim does to your premium — which is a conversation for you and your broker. What we can do is give you an accurate estimate so you’re making that decision with a real number instead of a guess. Ask us for it; there’s no obligation to proceed.
How long will the repair take?
It depends on the extent of the damage, parts availability and how quickly the insurer authorizes the work. A bumper cover and paint is a very different job from structural repair. We’ll give you a realistic timeline once we’ve assessed it, and tell you if it changes rather than letting you find out on pickup day.
What’s a supplement?
Damage you can’t see until the panels come off. A bumper cover hides a lot, and what looked like a cosmetic hit can turn out to have broken a bracket, a sensor or a wiring connector behind it. When that happens we document the additional damage and submit it to the insurer as a supplement to the original estimate.
My airbags went off. Can the vehicle be repaired?
Often, but it depends on the vehicle and the extent of what deployed and what was damaged behind it. This is a real advantage of having SRS work in-house — we can assess the restraint system properly rather than estimating around it, and we’ll tell you honestly if the repair doesn’t make sense against the value of the vehicle.
Can you match the paint on an older vehicle?
Yes. Paint fades with years of sun, so an exact factory-code match on a fifteen-year-old panel won’t look right next to the ones beside it — the work is in matching and blending to the vehicle as it is now, not as it left the factory. Bring it by and we’ll tell you what to expect on your colour.
Do you do hail damage?
Yes, and Edmonton summers keep us busy with it. Bring it in and we’ll assess whether it’s a dent repair job or needs panel and paint work, then estimate accordingly — and handle the claim if you’re making one.
